What sights are on Shield Plus Carry Comp?

Hello,

I was looking at a Carry Comp the other day and I liked the stock sights it had on it. Does anyone know what kind they are? Was possible looking to get the smaller Shield Plus PC Comp and replace the sights on it... I have no idea if they would even fit but thought I'd ask...
