I'm the first poll-responder, so it looks like 100% K-frame right now!

Actually to elaborate, k-frame would be the most frequent, with L and J frames a close second depending on attire, etc. N frame least frequent. Don't own any I or X-frames.

J-Frame - Model 642-2 - "Always" gun. If I'm wearing pants, I'm carrying this.
K-Frame - Model 13-3 - Off duty gun. Out and about, not at work, I carry this.
L-Frame - Model 686-6 - Duty revolver. Every day I'm at work, this rides on my duty belt.

Alternatively:
J-Frame - Model 37 (no dash) - "Third gun" or 2nd J-Frame when the steel guns are just too heavy. The 642-2 replaced this as my "Always" gun.

Trying to convince my agency that they need to buy me a Model 327 TRR8 or M&P R8 for duty carry. That would replace the L-Frame with an N-Frame. :D

When I carry a revolver, it's a J-Frame in a Desantis pocket holster or carried on my belt with a Desantis Clip Grip.

Sometimes I'll carry a 4" GP100, but it's a pretty substantial hunk of metal to lug around all day.

Most frequently: A model 10-5 or 19 with a 4" barrel

Frequently: model 10-5 2" barrel/model 19/66 with 2 1/2" barrel

Sometimes: model 28/24/29 4" barrel (woods bumming etc)

Rarely: 640 Pro Series

When I walk in the woods, most often I carry a 1917 Brazilian Contract in a nylon holster, If there is climbing planned there is a lanyard of some type used.

When I have pants on I carry a refinished with Arm-a-loy, Model 49 no dash. This gun is on me just about at all times. I have pocket, paddle, pancake, and ankle holsters for it.

I took a recent trip to New Jersey and was completely without a firearm for 8 days, It was such an unusual feeling. After driving home, I walked in the house and got the 49 in my pocket then unloaded the car!

So many considerations....... I've tried IWB at the 3/4 o'clock positions. Not An easy draw for me. Also, it is hard getting my belt tight enough to keep my pants up and not squeeze the gun-in-holster too tightly. So for me it's my 3" K frame 66-4 in a shoulder holster or my 3" J frame 36-1 in a pocket holster. Both are comfortable. But the nod goes to the J for weight saving. One is .357 and the other +P 38. Not much difference in performance at 5 yds.
