I'm still digging through some of my dad's things since he passed away a year ago and came accross this. Does anyone know what this is?

Is it fastened to the workbench, or could you turn it around and post a few shots from other angles? I'm intrigued by this thing and wonder if we could figure it out by getting a more comprehensive view of it.

Here's some more pics. The three rods go back and forth as you turn the handle. I had to bring it inside to take the pics because that Hooter's thing is on.

Ok the video thing didn't work out. The rocker on the top with the needle like rods facing each other rocks back and forth and the arm on the side with a needle like rod rocks back and forth between the tips of the other two rods. It has paddles that can be raised to hold something up and a piece that can be lowered to hold something down.

Wow,One of them things.I'll guess its an iron tool made to make wooden screws.
Wow.....hmmm?
