What to do with 1938 Mauser P08 "Luger?"

I always wanted one, finally got one, and love shooting it. I certainly would never entertain the thought of parting with it.

Unless there is some real, actual attachment to it I’d put it on a well-known auction site and sell it for whatever I could get for it.

At Joe salter’s website he’s usually spot on price wise he lists a luger for $1,500. I’d auction it and start at $1,500 as a reserve? The bidding war will begin.

The only thing I can add is this . How many of us have sold something and when we look back regretted it ? I say keep it unless you really need the money .

Man, those Lugers really had some style, comparing one to the plastic pistols today is like comparing a Ferrari to a mini-van! I wonder if anyone will come out with a classy new design that has a protruding barrel like a Luger or P-38, its so boring that nearly all the semi-auto handguns made today look the same from 10 feet away.
