What would you do? Veterans only

I'll take the 15min parking at anytime, no problem.
I'll take the golf cart parking spot anytime, if I fit in, no problem.
I'll take the "Parking for Professional Contactors" too.
But, I'd never even consider taking the Veteran's parking spot.

I rarely use the vet's parking spots even if it's at a store where the lot isn't crowded and there are a lot of them open. If I do use the vet's spot it will usually be when my wife is with me so she won't have to walk as far. Any other time I park in the regular places. I'm not going to use a space if there are only a few left because some vet that really needs to park closer deserves it more than I do.

From the local recruiter. At the end of his enlistment period, he'd be a veteran. It's easy……

thinks you're a cop, then a free
donut now and then is OK

I used to get free coffe at Love's Truck Stop because the counter girl decided I was a "first responder" because I was a security guard. I made a point of filling up the company truck there every night.
