What's with people trying to run up their post counts?

During the course of this thread...

I've had my house re-sided...new windows to boot! Do you see the Freedom Arms on the patio??

See the white lounger on the patio? Next to it are to Adirondack Rockers...THOSE three pieces of patio furniture represent a very nice used Freedom Arms I had thoughts about!! The gun is gone, the furniture is here to stay. This stuff is made out of recycled milk bottles...supposed to out live us all! Therefore I will be reminded of that gun for the rest of my life!!

All during the course of this thread!! The tread count is up, the gun count remains steady.

I getting my post count butt kicked by a one month old thread!
I have nothing to say, which fits right in on this thread.
I've had a fun time watching this one grow though.
 
Has there ever been a thread with a higher post count, or is this a record? :confused:
