Like most, I have a variety of knives, including the stainless Kershaw Leek. I like knives. Wouldn't say I am a collector, but I have quite a few, pocket and fixed blade.
But, as I have posted before, this SAK Waiter model is my favorite EDC:
It's small, thin and light enough to be unnoticeable in the pocket, but with a blade big enough to handle cutting, say, a sandwich in half. Perfect for opening letters and boxes, cutting string, etc. Corkscrew, combined bottle/can opener screwdriver, tweezers and toothpick. $17 delivered off Amazon. I added the eyeglasses' screwdriver.
Small enough to use as/on a keychain.
If you forget and it's in your pocket at the airport, as I have, at $17 its not a great loss. In general, SAKs are an excellent bang for the buck, and I think this true of this model especially.
I like 'em so much I have two in their boxes for back up in my tool box.
