Yannow, sometimes I think life is backwards. You should be able to walk into a hardware store, sporting goods store or whatever and buy a gun, any time, just showing an ID that you're old enough.
OTOH, maybe people should have to graduate from a serious parenting course and get a license to have a kid. After all, you gotta get a kennel license to breed a dog that might live 10-12 years average, but breeding to have a kid is a whole bunch more demanding, complicated, expensive, takes a longer time, with consequences, good or bad, for decades.

A survey was done at a federal prison concerning why lifers were in. It turns out that in their own words there were no consequences for their actions when younger. All their lives they had light or no real punishment for wrong doing. Now they are behind bars forever. I guess getting your butt warmed up for doing wrong when you are young will make you a better person when you are older. Who'd a thought?

A conspiracy has been promoting cross racial hate for a long time, as long as I can remember. It has now even morphed into self racial hate as well.
