Where to buy 16 rnd mag for 9ve?

I would say most buy the Sigma with the 16 round mags, except the CA. people. I think S&W is the only place to get them at this time.

well J, what us CA people do is, take our spring out of our mag, cut the end stack of coils off till there are only 3 coils left, strech those out a little and then we can load 14 rounds into them and one in the pipe. Works great and that is the only difference. If your 15 round mags has 10 coils at the bottom, cut them and you'll be able to load 18 -20. Order a new one incase you cut too many coils.

Well vector, he bought his Sigma 9ve with the 10 round mags. He doesn't live in CA so he mod them, but for you CA people that would be illegal. Wouldn't it?:D

As you know and everyone else knows, when you purchase a firearm you sign a paper saying you know it is ilegal to modify your firearm in any way. So yes it is, making the trigger lighter is as well, adding after market parts is too. Keeping ammo in the same container as your weapon is too.
Employing ilegal aliens and allowing them to vote is against the law, locking someone up for defending their property is too.
The question was not "is it legal?", it was "where can I get"? Two completely differnt things Mr. Modify. LOL

Oh hey Rich, I am gettin a M&P 45 FS in a week. I wanted to get the two tone one but there is a 6 mo waiting list, so I've been told.

I take it you survived your little Sigma quality test. What exactly did you do to it?

I made changes to my user cp so y'all can see I'm in Texas. :D

Thanks for the link.

Let me know how your M&P compares to your Sigma, I'd like the feed back on that.

As for the Sigma quality test.
1- Take out all the S&W parts and replace with with your own modded parts.
2- Load weapon.
3- With finger on the trigger wave the weapon around wildly.
4- Run 1000 rounds through weapon only to stop for mag changes.
5- Find sandbox insert weapon in sand then remove and fire a minimum of 30 rounds.
6- Find nearest mud hole insert weapon then remove and fire a minimum of 30 rounds.
7- Find nearest swimming pool or lake dive to a minimum of 10 ft down fire another 30 rounds.

After this test if you have all your finger and toes and have not killed anyone else and no FTF's or FTE's. You have yourself a quality firearm, but even after all this it still doesn't compare to a glock. Just ask a glock owner they will tell you so, because the Sigma is half the price and can't be a quality piece.:D

Well, I went to the range and they had one on the rack for $36.95. I thought fair enough and bought it. It's the SW brand so it's all good except for one thing. It's hard to put in the 16th round and when I got it in it was hard to put in the gun so I pulled the 16th round out. It was better that way so I guess 15+1 is plenty.

EDIT: correction, it's $37.95

Seeing the list of vendors and their prices and the shipping I think I did good buying it locally. The plus is I got it right away. :)

EDIT: my total cost is $41.03

Summitarms.com, has 40, and 9, mags for 25.00, for the Sigma. They may be used, police surplus.

the 10 round mags i bought (aftermarket so i could carry in CA) are crimped from S and W to prevent modification. My sigma 9VE came with two 16 round mags. i know tons of stores that stock them. if you need help acquiring let me know

My Sigma 9 came with the 10 rnd mags and bought a 16 rnd mag which suits me fine. In case the law has been changed to limit capacity I'm in good shape.
