Not sure where to put this, since I have both revolvers and semi-auto's, but...

I'd like to have S&W boxes for some of my Smith's that didn't come with them upon buying.

Is there a ready source for these, or am I going to be relegated to using generic black boxes from Pelican or the like?

Thank you,

Michael

Watch ebay, Gunbroker, and gun auctions for original S&W boxes. You may be astounded by the amount some of these go for. The older collectable guns boxes will bring up to $500

I bought my last cardboard box on eBay. A lot of newer S&W boxes are plastic now but I wanted an original cardboard box. You need to do research if you want an original cardboard box because over the years, S&W changed box styles and cosmetics. If you just want one of the current plastic ones, they're available on eBay. As previously posted, some of the original cardboard boxes are pricey now so expect sticker shock. Good luck in finding your box.

A "Want to Buy" listing here on the forum may turn up some. I've got one or so that will be looking for a new home soon. I'd like to see Forum members get a crack at helping you out.....

You can order from Smith and Wesson customer service. I got one for my SD9VE for $11.00 a few years ago.
