Where to find Sile grip screw for K frame grips?

I recently purchased a pair of Sile thumbrest grips for my Model 10-5. Unfortunately, the original screw was not included and the stock screw is too short. Anyone know where I could find a replacement? I've looked through Gunbroker/Numrich/Brownells etc to no avail. Thanks!
