Where's the plane???-what are your theories??

I don't know what to think about where it went. But it's 2014 for god sake, we gotta have the technology to find a humongous airplane, right?!

Something tells me that we know exactly where the aircraft is, and have known for several days. With that in mind, an attempt at rescue will be made, but we'll screw it up, as usual, because we really don't want to harm or offend the terrorists, do we.

I think it was a hijacking. Probley by the pilot. It could have crashed in the ocean with passengers fighting the pilot. Nothing else makes as much sense. My guess is things were disabled by the pilot, he flew it high as possible suffocating the passengers and made for Pakistan. Hope he didn't make it. Sound too far fetched? You dont have to look any farther than 9-11. Hope I am wrong. With every senerio there are questions like why didnt any of the passengers try calling home? Hard to do when you are screaming for a gulp of air.
Why didnt the pilot just steal a empty aircraft? Why has there been no ransom demands or bragging? No matter what theory we come up with there is factors that seem to negate that theory.
If he DID make it to a terror base, we are in obvious trouble. There is much out there that points to the pilot. The home computer set up, Muslim, his just attending that trial, his ability to turn off the transponder, calling the controller AFTER he turned the plane back etc. Now the question is did the plane land intact? I fear it did.

On a serious note, terrorists don't have to steal an airliner. You buy one at an airplane auction, or from some shady middle east plane dealer. Anybody can buy an airplane. Fly it to some 3rd world country and disguise it for the purpose. Terrorists are easily funded, I would think. There is something unusual going on, or it just crashed. I just hope and pray for the passengers and crew to be OK, but I seriously doubt it.

Yeah but there isnt too many of them for sale with 290 people in them.

The 290 people onboard assure that this pilot will always be remembered. If he offed himself alone, nobody outside his family would know or care. This way the entire world knows and will never forget.
That's my new story and I'm sticking to it until a better one comes along.

They report that the plane was loaded with enough fuel to reach it's destination, plus some for safety measures. Everyone seems to accept that as fact. Would it be possible that the aircraft already had a few thousand pounds in its tanks from its previous flight?? If so, then a lot more of the middle East would fall within range. Do they weigh each aircraft prior to each flight?

How can you guys make light or jokes about this??:(

Compared to CNN this thread could be mistaken for gospel truth. They've got a 24/7 stand up routine going on over there. Oh wait, hang on, there's some more BREAKING NEWS..........oh never mind, CNN has just learned planes can automatically change direction. According to CNN this is being confirmed by an 'expert' in aviation who once rode in the Memphis Belle during an air show in Indiana.
