Which Firearm do you think has the most elegant lines

While the OP is obviously using the term elegant as most people do, to wit "pleasingly graceful and stylish in appearance or manner", I've always had a hard time with that definition. It's just so subjective. Having a more technical and analytical view of the world I've always preferred the alternative definition, "pleasingly ingenious and simple".

This is "pleasingly ingenious and simple"

for elegant lines I like

this post-war K-frame M&P .38 Special. Tapered naked barrel, minimalist sights, not blocky, long and lean, elegant magna stocks. Simple, straightforward, and deadly accurate. Possibly not as eye catching as some N frames, some might say, but among S&W's finest for sure.

My first thought was a 5" N-frame. The proportions just seem "right."
1903 and 08 Colts.
I'm a Browning HP fan, so, that's a contender.
I think an M-1 Carbine has elegant lines, too.
And while not exactly "attractive," I like the look of an Uzi.
Not sure of the model, but the old .44 Mag Ruger autoloader was a pretty gun, too.

Once upon a time I owned and shot the tar out of a Springfield 1903, ser. no. 1,212,987 with a 2/21 barrel date. It came with a Model 1923 sling that I found ideal for range or field use. The finger groove stock was unmolested ... original finish. Gorgeous arsenal stamps. One afternoon I fired ten groups of 10 rounds each. The average of all ten groups fired at 100 yds. from sandbags was 1.72 inches center to center. The fit and finish of that rifle was remarkable for a military rifle, about equal to what one would expect for a commercial rifle. Sincerely. bruce.

I like all of them. However the old Belgium Browning Auto 5, with the scrolling & the humpback on the receiver to the round knob on the stock, has always grabbed my attention. Very elegant lines to me.

THE best lines, nah.

For a low end of their product line (pre 1968) I like the lines of the Winchester mdl 131 22 bolt S. L. LR mag fed rifle. Miffed at a LGS for taking advantage of widows/heirs/ & the down on their luck, I whispered to a guy being dragged thru the coals, "I have no idea what you are selling but I'll give you 20$ more than their best offer. Best 40$ I ever spent. :) & I don't care what others think, I like a Schnabel forend.

This children's pre WWI Gewehr Fabrik Danzig No. 2 in 22 long is not only elegant but at 3.5 #'s is petite too. The Germans and English pretty much nailed it when it comes to early bolt action rifles.
