Of those in your poll I would go to Keith Rogers but personally I prefer Ahrends. I like the smooth tactical grips that they offer and all my revolvers wear a set of one shade or another from the N frames to the J frames. I also have a set of Herretts stocks for the J frame, and while not as purty, they fill my hand very well and they also can be ordered with checkering.

I choose NILL for my 629.

I like Spegel grips, and BluMagnum. Both are traditional looking but with improved designs compared to the original Ropers.

I put a set of Kurak's N frame round to square on my 629-4 Mountain Gun and I'm happy as can be. The gun finally fits!

changing grips

Hi everybody,
I am located in Rome ( Italy ) and it's been quite a time that I'm looking for some conversion grips, to change them on my S&W 1975 mod. 10-5 K frame, round butt ! The only Factory I found, it's Altamont, in there catalogue, in fact, they have some beautiful models, on rosewood, or walnut, for $ 62, but ...they don't make any international shippings ( !!!!) They suggested me to visit one of their dealers ( grips4gun), but they don't have exactly the same models with the S&W logo, as Altamont has ! I'm getting quite discouraged, since, I'm positive sure there must be some possibility, to find them, but so far, any effort was...hopeless !!!
Any suggestion, from anyone, will be mostly appreciated Thanks !!!!!!!

The poll may be closed but I would vote for Ahrends Retro Combat , ir you like finger grooves (that's on the model 58 in my avatar)
or Ahrends Retro Target if you don't like finger grips.
The man knows how to properly shape grips so they fit a person's hand.
Ahrends are awesome !

Ahrends do not have the little logo , but if you could do without it they make a nice conversion round to square butt grip and they are real wood not "laminate" which is just a nice name for plywood.
Good luck with your search.
