Visited a local gun shop, asked for some 22LR and got the usual smile and sorry all out, OK I expected that was just checking.
But if you would like to put your name on our list we will call you when we get some in and if it is not all gone by time we get to your name, we will hold some for you, if its all gone before your name, you just moved up the list for the next time.
Thank you neighborhood store, cause I can't wait outside your door and check every morning to see if you have any shells. You will still have some of my business when this is all over.
This shortage is showing every body's true colors, and some of them ain't very pretty!

Gun store in P'cola Florida was bagging up 20 rds of 22LR in zip lock bags and selling them for $10. Stupid people were buying them faster than they could bag 'em. Everyone should have walked out in protest.

It looks like they must have been worth $20 to some people.

Are you kidding me a buck a round for 22LRs? I sold a guy a 550 bulk pack of Remingtons today for $45, he was happy and so was I. My gosh, I gave away $505.:eek::eek::D
