Found my original invoice for my 610.



I also remember what a rat screw it was to buy pistols in Mo at that time, especially if you bought one out of town. In this case it was drive to St. Louis from Rolla (100 or so miles one way), get the info and drive back to Rolla to get the sheriff to fill out a permit and then drive back to St Louis and buy the gun.

I don't know what it is now, but Neb has a 3 year pistol permit that cost 5 bucks. Much easier, but way harder on my wallet.

I think you probably outpaced inflation over the past 22 years on that purchase

Handgun purchase permits may be a county-by-county law in MO, but they went away a few years ago where I live. St Louis and KC may be another situation.
