Has anyone done the opposite of what most people have done and polish the frame, but not the slide?

I'm guessing not, since it seems most of the time people polish them to get rid of holster wear. But I could be wrong.

Either way, it's a nice looking pistol. I like a high polish on the flats and a soft bead blast on the rounds myself.

True but it just seems like its the reverse of what it should be with it, plus if the frame was polished it could be done in such a way to mimic the 645's frame.

with its part matt in the front, part polished finish and I'm just really curious what that would look like and if someones done it already, I mean people have polished the slides on a few of them so why not the frame?
