Woo Whoo!

We just got back from the Frost Top where we had banana splits to celebrate closing on our second house. We officially closed at 1530 today. It was a roller coaster ride to be sure... but, in the end it will have been worth it.

I am going to go bump my "house for sale" thread so that I might be able to get back to owning only one house.
