Orange plate!
If he or she gets enough DWI's he will get an Ohio orange plate for ALL to see designating he or she is a habitual DWI compliments of the Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles!

In Arkansas when you get enough DWI’s you will be making license plates in the state penitentiary, not getting colored ones!

Ten codes in different areas mean different things. Young cops sometimes get ten code license plates without knowing that. I once saw a plate that said, “10-56”. In my jurisdiction that meant drunk driver! I have no idea what that meant in his/her jurisdiction.
He needs to keep up with the times.

As a person that has used personalized plates a lot over the years I tend to check out other peoples plates. Its cheap customization and certainly limits copycats.
A man my wife worked with had the custom plate LUV BEER. In NY state you are allowed 8 spaces. He had the plates for a couple years and DMV would not allow them any more.

I buy mine for the maximum years allowed (currently 10)...They're also cheaper per year that way...

Essentially unreadable at any distance.
