Ran across what I thought is a good deal. M&P Shield 2.0 Performance Center for $335.00. No tax and shipping is $30. Y'all think I should buy it? I know there's the Shield Plus but.

Bought an anib full size M&P 1.0 a few years back (as the 2.0 was being introduced for $525 IIRC) for $300.

Sounds like an excellent deal. I bought a Shield 9mm PC, the original, guess you would call it 1.0, back 5 years ago and have been very happy with it. It has been about the most reliable small 9mm I have ever owned, has not needed any repairs, cycles and fire every type of ammo I have fed it, although I only use quality new ammo, no reloads. And it has been relatively accurate for a short barrel.

The other nice thing about the Shield is that there have been such huge quantities sold by S&W that there is an abundance of holsters and aftermarket accessories for them.

I would think you can not go wrong at that price.
