WTB Tool to Fix Bent 45 ACP Moon Clips

I've seen in posting in other forums that there was at one point a tool made to be used in fixing bent 45 ACP moon clips. Given the cost of those things now, it maybe a viable options to have them made again.

However, in the interim, I would like to buy an old one if someone has one for sale.
