For Sale: Stainless Colt Gunsite Government Model .45, with tuning by Novak's. Selling to help fund one of my "grail" guns.
Original plastic Colt box and brochure.
Work done:
- replace plain black Heinie front sight with Novak 14 kt. gold bead front sight/roll pinned
- replace plain black Novak rear sight with wide notch Novak X-Sight (allows one-hand slide cocking)
- replace sloppy-fit trigger with fitted short match trigger with hiidden non-adjustable trigger stop
- tool steel Novak hammer/sear/disconnector and trigger job
- reliability package (polished feed ramp, etc.)
- Greider slide stop
- Carry bevel package and bead-blast finish
- VZ double diamond thin grips and hex head grip screws (original Colt grips and screws included)
Shipped with two (2) Novak 8-rd. magazines
