WTT in California: 629-4 [I think] 6" Magna-Port for 629 4" or Ruger SRH .44mag

I have a 629-3 or 4 [I'm pretty sure it's 4, but am away from it at the moment] with a factory Power-Ported [I got this wrong in the thread title] 6 1/2" barrel. I bought it used in 2005 and have put less than 24 rounds through it. Those rounds were Mag-Tech rounds as well. Nothing ungodly hot. Don't get me wrong, I love it, but for a while [5 years] I didn't get any range time in due to moving/marriage and letting the new family get to know me so they didn't freak out about the guns.

I really like the 629 and don't need to sell it for $. I just decided that I would rather have a Ruger in a longer barrel and a S&W in a shorter barrel for the .44Mag series.

I would love to get a 4" Mountain Gun, but would be tempted by a 3" trailboss. However, a basic 629 4" barrel would do me fine too.

I would also be willing to trade it for a 7.5" Ruger SuperRedHawk in .44mag, but I don't want a 9.5" or longer barrel. I am not a big fan of the way the Ruger RedHawk fits in my hand though.

Lastly, I live in Bakersfield California.

We have a 'list' of approved guns for sale/shipping. If it isn't on 'the list', then I can't receive it.

So, if you do not have a 629-6 version I can't receive it unless it is face-to-face.

I'm just testing the waters to see if my dream swap can take place or if I just need to wait a year and buy what I want.
