Yoke Retention Screw Interchangability

Can the current spring loaded yoke retention screw be used in place of the former hand fit screw? Specifically on a Model 65-3.

No....the redesigned screw with the spring loaded plunger is a larger size.

If you drill and tap the hole for the larger size, but then you also have to have a new crane with the v groove instead of the old one with the square groove.
