You missed a good Python.....

This would be my only python: :D

Thirty or so years ago I picked up a Dan Wesson .357, the Python was a little more $$ and I was a poor college kid at the time. Still have the Dan Wesson though, not a bad gun at all....

Here is my favorite. I probley showed it before.

I guess I don't feel so bad about paying just under $1K for mine then:

It came with the rubber grip but Altamont fixed that for me. I'm waiting for Ditrina to show off those amazing snub Pythons of his.

I have a couple of those too. The nickle thanks to allen frame. I bought a new one in .357 and carried it many years on my job and stupidly sold it. The blue one is a 22lr. They are just like the python mechanicly but lighter to pack as no rib or ejector rod houseing.

Here's my one and only (box and documents also). I wish I had never sold the 4" and 6" blued models I had at one time!

My brother has a 6" Python from the 70s....I love the look but really like the 4"ers better for shooting...Always found the 6 way too muzzle heavy.

Fat Tom,
There was a thread about retirement Money the other day in the Lounge. Now I know your plan:D

Along these same lines:
Went to my LGS last saturday to pick up my mdl 36 and a 27-2 being shipped to me. The owner said he has a guy who comes in every friday and buys a gun. He said, it's his "Retirement" plan.
52 guns a year... I could only wish..... Maybe because i have
expensive tastes in weaponry.
