Your "Handle"

Years ago and far away, I was a pretty rapid young teenage caucasian about the time Bullet Bob Hayes was tearing up the NFL, and my first name is Bob - got stuck with the nickname.

Now anyone younger than 55 doesn't know who Mr. Hayes was, and they just think I'm some kind of psycho. If I am, how would I know?

Olympics and Cowboys. I'm 53. :)

I'm 62 and been a trader since I was in my early teens, buying, selling, trading horses, properties, cattle and of course guns. When most kids had a paper route I was trading and my last name is Dell.

Mine was assigned to me as a user id in about 1980 when I worked with systems at an insurance company. It is the first three of my first name and the first three of my last name.

When my sons were growing up I spent 12 years as a Boy Scout leader. I took an advanced Scout Leader course called Wood Badge where I was assigned to the Fox Patrol.
My hair went gray in my early 30s. Its a family thing.
Anyway, it took my fellow Scouters all of about 3 seconds to start calling me the Gray Fox.
The name just sorta stuck.

I always wanted a Mercury Cougar, but it had to be specific - air, but with a factory Top-Loader. Being super rare, I found a '69 less than 10 miles from me. Only about 500 of these were made. When I got my first e-mail account at work, I asked for Cougar to be my PW. The first 13 had been already taken.

I flew A-37Bs in the Air Force Reserves for about ten years. "A-37" is easy to type.

The gun is a General Electric GAU-2B/A 7.62mm 6-barrel minigun.

The Road Warrior is my favorite movie, Mad Max is pretty much the standard bearer of anti-heroes. Mad Mike was taken so I added the b on the end, the first letter of my last name.

Not to original but it is my given name so I can remember it when I log on!

I'v been using my Cowboy Action Shooting alias
and that comes from my hairstyle

When I started Cowboy Action Shooting and joined SASS I had to come up with an alias too. Since cowboy boots hurt my feet "Tenderfoot Tom" seemed to be the perfect alias for me. Shortened, my alias is: "TndrFtTom" or simply "tndrfttom".

Tenderfoot Tom; SASS No. 16703

When I retired from my PD, I was a very senior Corporal. My guys (fellow officers) compared me to 'Gunny Highway' and asked me if I once REALLY carried a REVOLVER on duty.
Hence, the use of 'Old Corp'
