When I got home from getting rid of my old insurance company for new really high prices on my two cars, two homes and boat,
and spending over two hours at the new insurance company, that I was very happy with;

My wife told me I had a letter from the Nevada Dept of Wildlife.
Great another bill for my boat or hitting me up for a license fee.

I opened up the envelope and slid out the long form, thing.

I looked at it and after a moment, I discovered that it was a
2024 Deer Tag !!

Back in May I did not get a hit that I received a tag from the listings, that they supplied.

Now I have three weeks to get all my stuff ready as well as camping gear, and someone to help this old man, drag a buck out of the Nevada Sagebrush.

This should be very interresting.

What type of deer ? Mule Deer Coues Whitetail. I don't know much about deer in Nevada, assuming a muley tag. I have always wanted to get one they are beautiful animals.

Good luck to you. If you don't have some youngsters to help. Make sure you can get a 4 wheeler close and you should be good. Pics of a successful hunt anticipated.

Thankyou all for the good wishes and if this old guy is lucky enough to put one
in the right place, I will post some pictures.

I am mainly hoping for some jerky and salami supplies, with some sasage and steaks, if possible.
I might be sharing some of the meat to my "Helpers", if things work out.

Need to go shoot some reloads and see how the 270 & 30-06 do and get stuff ready,
