3 inch 629 Non-fluted

This 629 I can't find any information on in the fourth edition of the standards anyway
The product code 103600 does not show up and neither does the CBL alphabetical serial number
don't know why I collect this oddball stuff it'd be so much easier if I could just go to the book and find it……..
