Never even heard of it!
It's a sight pusher. Rather than only clamp on the sides of the slide, there are adapters that fit into the rail slots. Different slides require different adapters. MGW has a LOT of them.
OP, I have no idea. The #125 does the bodyguard but that's likely the 1.0.
