WA and ND have signed a Reciprocity Agreement. WA is very slow at signing agreements. They have signed just 11. ND has signed with 35 states now.

On a Side Note: Are You Going to the NRA Annual Meeting?
I am going to make the NRA Annual Meeting in Pittsburgh April 29 - May 1. Hoping to meet some of you there. With so many people and knowing few of them you can walk right by someone you have conversed with here. I will be wearing my IDPA Shooting vest that has "Handgunlaw.us" on the back of it. If you see me walking around do stop me and introduce yourself. It would be nice to meet you. It will also give me the chance to say thank you to those who have helped with handgunlaw.us over the years. Hope to see you there.
