Thanks for the input. My M25s are fine, within the numbers. In the pre-26 the numbers stack up and I've had a couple of FTFs with late Remington factory wadcutter in clips, the only ammo problem I've ever had with this gun.
Clips are.040, rims in this lot are .042. This is .008 short of the .090 plus clearance, which in the pre-26 is .012. The batch of R-P Auto-Rim cases I have a .085 rim, which give a .009 clearance.
FWIW, the 25 is .005 shorter.
Guess I'll have to shoot the rest of the ammo in the 25 or the 1911s.
