Well I called them and they are sending my return shipping label. As soon as I get it back I am going to run through the same box of ammo that I first put into it. Something tells me the gun will work the way it should when I get it back. That will prove to me that its not ammo related.

I got mine back last Wednesday, yesterday was the first time out since the fix. Happy to say it worked without a hiccup. 200 rounds and no fte no ftf and best of all no oob. I am once again a happy S+W owner. So moral to the story is send it in and you too can be shooting in no time.

Does yours have the new blue bolt and trigger springs?

Yes it does, along with a replaced magazine and "brought to current specs" in the letter returned with the gun.
