Absent Comrade
In this day and age, is it legal to just bury someone out in the boonies if you own the land? Yesterday the wife and I were out in the middle of nowhere in spectacular country near zion national park rideing our quad in a very seclueded area. We pulled off the trail to admire the scenery and saw a headstone and grave. It was a guy who died in 2002. I would like to be buried like that! Off by yourself on a high mountain top!
As luck would have it the wifes camera took a dump a few weeks ago. Just down the trail another mile we seen a very impressive "No tresspassing" sign. This rancher had dug a mock grave just past his gate. It looked old timey with a pair of old cowboy boots hanging over the mock grave with a old board sign painted with "here lies the last tresspasser"!
Soon as she gets a new camera I may go back and get a few pictures to post.
