Well I brought home a sigma 9 ve today, shot 100 rounds threw it at the range at 7 yards. Pretty good accuracy, not at first but I noticed I was pulling low left and corrected it. Accuracy is good enough for me for a SD gun, and a HD gun since my house is small. I do however think I will be calling it lil Grit, for how gritty the trigger feels right out of the box.
If there is a quality gunsmith here in Gainesville Florida or close by I will be looking for someone to remove the grit and the Spongy noise from the gun soon. The long trigger pull and 10lbs resistence is fine by me, I kinda like it. Not knowing any other way to shoot a gun, other than plinking with my brothers firearms I dont mind it. But that grit is a bit annoying. All in all I am very happy with the lil Grit. What a fair Price and such a sturdy gun. Their are some horror stories on the net but they are all mostly old, its 2011 and this sigma 9mm VE is a sweet deal. American MADE! Great.
So this S&W warranty its lifetime is it? Ive registered my Serial number online. But not sure if its lifetime, Ive read that it is. Its new and Im the original owner, so no problem right?
Btw Hi! Im a brand new gun owner and couldnt be happier.
If any of you would feel so inclined as to offer some thoughts on all of these concerns I'd be appreciative. Thanks.
