All this OC & CC (terms I'd never heard in 'Life Before Forums') all boils down to
the paticular social demographics of a given geographic location, i.e.,
What would fly here in Southern Kentucky wouldn't go in North Texas as to open carry.
Why, this little ville I'm camped outside of now, has hitch rails outside most business. (I'm not kiddin')
So, let's just say it's rural, it's down to earth, firearms are just a small part of life here...Like kitchen sinks, most folks got one.
When I was a strappin' sized boy, I was aloud to carry a holstered sidearm on the ranch while doing chores and such.
But, not to town. I was grown before I ever carried a sidearm openly in town...Also, was wearin' a badge to boot.
So, what I can see from were I standin', it really don't matter too awful much which way you want to go.
When it's all boiled down & she's all said and done...
There's been a hell of alot more said that done!
*Jest like them young folks that wear those hat pins stuck in their jaws and other places. For the shock effect, etc...
I might pull my coat off in public to get the same reaction...Nah, jest kiddin' !!!
