when i first got my m&p 40 c i could not hit the broad side of a barn and was dang certain the gun had some major issues.well turns out i was the one with the issues and not the gun. now that i have corrected the error of some of my ways i can say im shooting much better.

Mine's a nickname that was hung on me (and stuck) when I was a wet behind the ears engineer on my first job at a foundry. I had a ratty black leather jacket that I wore at the time. My name's Hyde, so I spell it that way.

No explanation needed. 
In spite of the name, I am not from, nor have I ever been in Louisiana. Nor do I play guitar...I can bairly play a radio.
But, back in the day, I used to run Cajun bass boats. Had two of them actually before they went under, and I switched to Javelin.
When I first started to look for an online name, I happened to glance out the back door, and saw the boat. CajunBassBoat was too long.

My first ever email address was my employee number: TX1941. Now I have about 20 different user names and pass words. Every thing from the bank to the phone company to the pizza joint wants an "account", and remembering all of them is a pain. When the only computers I used were on my desk at the office or house, I could write them down and find them when needed. Not so much anymore.
I try to make my passwords as secure as possible, but I often use some variation on that original email address for my user name. At least I can remember it...

"Truck 'em up!" is the truckers' version of "Get 'er done!" Yahoo made me add a number at the end, and my old International is a '97 model. As others have said, it's easier to use the same screen name on all your forums.
