It looks like Tim Thomas is out of the picture for the Bruins for at least next season.I would bet he is done as a player but who knows. I sure hope the Bruins can come to terms with Rask. He needs a contract and there are plenty of teams that would love to have him. I just hope the Bruins have the golie situation in hand before the season opens.
I hope Thomas finds what he is looking for and wish him all the best. He was a huge part of bringing the cup back to Boston.

This series dosn't seem to be generating much interest. Come on guys, even if your team is out it's the cup finals. I know you Devils fans are feeling a bit down but they are only down 2 games. Anything could happen. Am I the only one rooting for the Kings?

watching it on the dvr...they devils are going to score any minute now...i just know it...ok, i know they didn't...and i'm not really watching it(forgot to set the dvr).
i don't think there will be a sweep, buuuuut it won't go to six games either.
and how about the Pens signing Thomas Vokoun to a 2 year deal? i have mixed feelings. i wanted a good backup for marc-andre floppy, one that could challenge him for the #1 position, but i'm not sure a 35 yr old who is even more streaky is the answer to that prayer. ahhh only time will tell, but i think that since the new 2 mill a year hit for vokoun is in effect, there is not room for jordan staal. soooooo.....
