I have a 45(ACP) cal. Model 1950 pre-model 26, shipped 2/5/1953 from factory, 6.5 inch barrel, blue finish. It does not have the factory grips. (Have factory letter).Target sights, wide hammer.Has been shot, but not much, blueing is good. Any idea of ball park price?

Gave $1000.00 for this one. All matching down to the stocks.

I saw three different ones at Tulsa. All were in pretty nice shape and had original non relieved stocks. They were asking $1,700.00 a piece for them.
Who knows what they could be bought for. The original stocks seem to bring a pretty hefty price.

Mine was pretty exspensive when I got it, $700.00, I just bought it to soon.

I bought a 99+% one in its original maroon box for $1850 in 2005.

Noob question - the non relieved diamond targets, good or not that good. Does it matter, as long as they are orig to the gun ?? Mike

I think that the diamond non relieved stocks enhance the value of the gun. The problem is that typically they are not numbered to the gun, as the Magna stocks were. Therefore, they may not be original to the gun as shipped. These grips were available in the time period, so they may have been ordered with the gun, or added later. Unless they letter as shipped on the gun, one does not really know if they are original.
