In honor of Rule3's which press thread...

Which progressive press do you use THE MOST!!!

I bought the Hornady LNL AP and I love it. But there are several good ones out there so it's time for a popularity contest...

Why is the Lee Turret missing form the line up ?

I use a Hornady Lock-N-Load AP because that is what my son bought while he was still living at home. We have a good deal going, he leaves the press here, and I do all the loading for the both of us. Since we use the same loads for the majority of our shooting it's just a matter of loading larger quantities. He is busy with a young family, and I find the reloading relaxing. If he ever decides to take it to his house, I would not hesitate to buy another Hornady. However, I must admit that all the good reviews I read regarding the Dillon machines, it makes me want to try one.

And (1) RCBS fan? The only thing I can conclude is that PRO 2000 users don't care for S&W.

I don't get it. RCBS makes good gear. They have a great warranty. Most stores that stock reloading gear stock RCBS stuff.

And yet the Pro 2000 has to be the least discussed press out there. It's not the most expensive press but it is up there.

I'm actually thinking of buying one at some point. I'm a gear collector.

I looked at the RCBS Pro 2000 a couple times, but the weakest link I can find in the press is the primer system and their primer strips. Plus the other negative is that the RCBS Pro 2000 is priced around $600, and the Hornady LnL AP is almost $200 cheaper at around $400.

That's a huge part of why I bought the LNL AP. And they still bribed me with a pile of free bullets.

I've thought about buying a Lee Loadmaster just for giggles and something to tinker with. I hear all the smack talk and yet I've seen a pile of ammo loaded on them.

For some reason the badger song just came to mind when I read that...

I use two Dillon 650, one small primer, one large.

Also use Redding T-7 for rifle and oddball stuff.

Started using a RockChucker, then added a Dillon 550, later sold the 550 to get a 650, then added another 650.

800 rounds in 50 minutes (this is when I run out of loaded primer tubes).

Well it is Bob's poll and he is from Florida!

I know it's early but I hope to see at least a few votes for Rock Chucker...

Do hanging chad count or fully punched?

Lee Loadmaster once set up right you can purchase multi units for the price of one of the others for decidated loading. my .02
