Not a great picture but I picked this one in .300 Blackout last July (2012). Traded a couple .308Win rifles (Rem M700 and a H&R) and a couple hundred in cash. Came with a Rock River .223/5.56 'Coyote' upper, the ammo and dies shown. Felt like I did pretty good. Just purchased a Rock River lower, an RGuns nickel-Boron BCG and a charging handle to complete a second AR.

First ARs and first post here.

Just took possession yesterday of this beautiful 7.62x54R VEPR (bottom). Can't believe it took 5 weeks after filling out my paperwork for it to come back. Snagged it just before all the panic buying started. Now I can't wait to take her to the range and zero her in.
On top is my M&P15 with 6x18 optic. Looking for a nice Troy TRX battle rail to finish her up.

Go Ravens!!!

Looks great! You might want to consider some covering on your rails to protect them...and make it easier on your hands. I opted for the magpul ladder rail covers but lots of options out there. Just my 2 cents. :)

Thanks, I have some covers, just did not have them on for the pic yet.

That's a Mako pistol grip isn't it? How do you like it??

Yes it is a Mako, its awesome I love it. Its more meaty then the stock grip so its more easy to hold onto. Its not rubbery if that's what it looks like, its a hard plastic but it is comfortable and has good ergonomics. Also picked up a Magpul MOE stock today, I just threw it on even though I have a Mil spec buffer tube on the way I'll replace it all later on and I threw the rail covers on. The Magpul stock is so much better then what came on it, it always felt like it was trying to come off my shoulder before. Now it feels solid and planted.

Nice! Too bad I don't have my new stock yet. I could have sold you my MOE at a REAL good price! Only used a few times. I love the look and fit but want a larger cheek weld.

thats ok, win some lose some but I'm glad I got it its just so much better. Going to focus on getting a sling and an optic next. I can get the Aimpoint PRO for $380 through work.

I HIGHLY recommend the Viking tactics VTAC sling. Check out the video on the website. It's one of my favorite additions.
