and natchez is out now.

I hate the shipping but if you can add stuff to your cart you might need it helps in the shipping part..

I haven't seen 22LR in any local stores in awhile.
But hey the 10bucks extra is worth me not driving randomly around lol...

FYI just saw Federal Automatch 325 round boxes show in stock at several Walmarts Around 60 miles from me in E Tn/ SW Va. May be a sign of stock freeing up.

Closest store to me says no one works at night and will not check in new stock until 9 am tomorrow. Wonder how my boss would feel about me taking a REAL early lunch....

Tell him its for ammo, he might ask you to pick him up a box or two.lol I didnt do so bad, I got 500 CCI Stinger for $123 at a pawn shop in SC, and 2000 from J&G for $29.95 per brick of 500 Centurion, made in Mexico by Agulia. I gues 7 cents a bullet isnt to bad for these times. But they got me for 3 bucks a box x10 on the Stingers, but 22 I never stocked. Before this mess that was the one ammo WM always had, and Winchester, CCI, and Federal to choose from. Not all these overpriced off brands. Whos beating the bushs for CCI anything???

The Clermont, Fl Walmart shows Automatch in stock online but when I called the CSR he laughed and said they had nothing in stock. 20mile trip there so not worth it to confirm (Toyota Tundra 5.7 = 14miles/gallon). Oh well, what I got will have to do! Passed on the Natchez Blazer also due to stupid shipping cost!

well 1 of my backorders expected date went from tomorrow to the 18th

Yeah, 5.7 liter same as a chevy 350 ci small block, a little leppricon with a coffee can dumping fuel down the intake. I have called from here in saint pete 300 miles every WM and GS I could find, and hardly nothing, and no shipping, for there customers. I understand, but wheres it going?

I just figured it up... Between gas and state sales tax I spent approximately $7.00 more buying from Natchez rather than my closest Walmart. Not a big deal to me. On some other posts I've seen people talk about driving a 60-100 mile loop every couple days hitting Walmarts, LGS and Dicks and they mostly come up empty. Add it up - the extra paid in shipping might no be that big of a deal in the end. I at least know a little brown truck is bringing ammo to my house and the extra time spent with my kids rather than driving around blindly is priceless.

Natchez seems ok looking at my last order from them it was for 10 box of 50cts.

It was 11 for shipping and 3.99 handling.

Its really not bad since they have to have someone to ship all this stuff.

I got a email from staff saying that they didn't have but 5 and what would I like to do. I asked if they could toss in some glock 19 15rd mags since it showed in stock. And they did ;)

Just think of all the wasted gas and your time..

Just FYI I know that some of the guns stores (atleast big ones like Gander Mt.) hold some .22lr in back for people who buy .22s. Mite be able to talk someone into letting you get some. I bought 1575 rounds of Rem Goldens when i got my 15-22 couple of weeks ago and they didnt have anything on the floor. They informed me that they keep some in reserve for new gun purchases. Hope it helps someone

I think that is a good policy. Really sucks to buy a new gun and can't get ammo to even sight it in.

I wish suppliers would give long time customers who have spent a lot with them first crack...I got one of the "in stock" emails Saturday from Midway and minutes later it was gone.
Perhaps bought by someone new to them never to return...and I've spent thousands there over the years:(

I'm sitting outside a Walmart waiting for it to open. Website says there is 22 in stock. It looks like Black Friday outside here lol

heading to wm here in a few on the way to work to see what they don't have LOL
the wm around here put ammo out at 7:30am

I emailed CCI to ask what is going on. A nice rep answered my email within a day. He claimed production is at normal speed and the hoarding problem is what is keeping ammo off the shelves.

He also noted that shows such as History Channel's "Preppers" is adding to the problem since most preppers are advocating having 50,000 to 100,000 rounds of ammo on hand.

All of which makes sense except it begs the point as to where the hoarders and preppers are buying their ammo.

Most likely, the same places you and I do. The difference being preppers are often willing to allocate a larger percentage of what they earn to spend on prep items than perhaps you or I would.
