Could you imagine if this is how it was all the time??? I would have to hire a helper just to find ammo so that I could enjoy my sport! It really takes alot of the fun out of the sport...I cant beleive the prices on 22lr ammo now. If you would have told me 5 years ago I would be up till 4am trying to buy 50rd boxes of off brand 22lr for 4 times MSRP, I would have laughed at you, but look at us now...Kinda makes you think really hard about this president..Whats next to come?? A word to the wise, keep your eyes wide open and dont think this assalt on our freedom is over, just look at prices, nevermind the gun grabbers for a second..Makes me very worried.
 
This makes me wish I had gone through with a plan to open a range a few years ago. It might take a little while, but placing wholesale orders would protect your cost. And ordering in guns woudl be a lot easier.
 
In case anyone is close to this. I spoke to Wrigley Sales in Churubusco, IN | 13507 Madden Rd, Churubusco, IN. He is getting some in, but is only selling out of his shop and not shipping. He got in 2000 rounds yesterday. I have never bought here before, but may be a place for you IN guys. Prices on site start at less than 4 cents per round. 22 LR Ammo
 
I'm officially done buying Internet ammo. It seems that LGS here are getting a lot more .22lr in. They have limits (2 boxes), but they have entire shelves of it. Same goes for .223.
 
Where do you live??? Its like a empty parking lot at every gun shop I go to. My buddy who owns a local gunshop has bin trying to get any 22lr, he told me good luck..He placed an order for 10000 rds, he received 2 500 rd bricks of CCI RNL 40gr Standard Velocity... He opened the small box and laughed, he thought they had shipped him the wrong order till he read the invoice...DUE TO HIGH VOLUME SELLS WE ARE LIMITING ORDERS TO 2 500 rd bricks...He said, doesnt matter who you are, your not getting what you order. CCI when I spoke with a rep said there running 3 shifts 24/7. I was like wheres it at. They said we dont know once it leaves our door to the distributors..Hmmm doesnt add up..

I live in Alabama. I stop by the LGS everyday and grab two boxes. Today it was two boxes of CCI Blazer, but they had RWS Premium, and Remington Golden Bullet, and some Winchester whitebox. The catch is not many bricks except the RWS Premium. I'm having a hard time finding 9mm. I haven't seen it in months.
 
We should all get together and when someone finds alot at a good deal, buy as much as possible and will pay to have it shipped to us. Plus a little for time and gas.. I mean is this what where going to have to do to shoot our 15-22's????
 
Okay folks. I just discovered this place this past week. It's a tiny place, cash only, only box per person per day. Only open M,T,W, F (6pm-9pm) and Sat (10am-4pm). But they have case upon case of all different kinds of 22lr. Prices are per crazy times too. You name it, they have.

Cash only, sounds like someones not reporting the overcharges to the IRS!! I have heard threw the police grape vine that theres alot of organised crime getting into ammo sales do to the over 100% mark up. Thats why you see all these new websites selling ammo today and the sites gone tommorow. Be carefull out there ladies, and gents.
