My loader arrived this afternoon but I am working 350 miles away in Philly. When I get home Saturday I will have something to play with. I will let you know how it works out.

thats great dik,,
wait untill you try the new tube design its even better..
all of you have helped make a even better product from the cap to the packaging,, i cant say how this beta tester idea has helped the development of this!!!
im curious ,,i know from my own preference,
would you load your 10 rnd by hand or use the loader?
i know that after using the loader loading the 10rd by hand still sucks, and look for the loader every time!

opinions?

The new brass updated tube and angle on the mag "holder" are PERFECT. ZERO issues and loads rounds great. I can VERY highly recommend this loader. It also staggered the rounds when following the directions. Nice simple design that works great !!!

Gees...I'm out of town on family business and got so busy I almost forgot to place my order! Done...and I can't wait!

Chris, I was just about to email you about this, the website looks great except for the omission of a price on the main or order page.

just updated the tube video with a tag for now, but cannot
change anything on the site until first of the week,, the web master is out of town on emergency business, and i dont have authority yet but will definitely make the change!!!

I'm not bashing the product at all since it will help someone out there but there are quicker ways to hand load a mag. I timed myself at 57 seconds at a normal pace by doing:
1. I was pulling the rounds out of a bulk box and not a plastic carrier as shown in the video above.
2. Grabbed a couple at a time.

I'll definitely invest in this product when the arthritis kicks in.

I did that when I had 2 mags. Now with 14, no thanks. Got it yesterday and waiting to unload the mags to test it properly.

Ya know, that was the best advertizement for the loader, well done. Split screen with the loader side twiddling his thumbs while non-loader side finishes would rock. (sorry, got carried away... ;) )

I'll have to pull the mac out and do that! Just did something quick with my tablet. :-)

No thumb twiddling but I took your suggestion and made this:

Slickloader VS Handloading side by side - YouTube

Chris, feel free to post this video as you like, least I can do for saving my thumbs and hours reloading.

Received my Mk-II loading-tube assembly (thank you, Skunk), and grabbed a magazine at random from the safe and began testing. The new little tab on the tube certainly helps with positioning, MUCH easier to find the "sweet-spot" for proper bullet-flip. On the other end of the process I seemed to have more trouble with rounds going vertical in the magazine this time, with the accompanying removal twaddle and vocabulary exercise. I'm pretty sure I must be doing something wrong with either the angle I'm holding the apparatus or the depth I'm holding the follower. It is my belief that this is a personal problem rather than a product defect since I can sometimes go many rounds without a bad load, then have several misfeeds in a row. Now, after the first five rounds are inserted in the S&W mag I have to use the follower push-stick from a Plinker mag since my arthritis prevents me from using my fingers on the standard buttons, so I believe it's my faulty technique that is the cause of my trouble. I have yet to test it with any of my other magazines but since I'm heading for an outdoor range to zero-in a new scope this next week I should have plenty of opportunity for field testing. I remain deeply impressed by this device.

seems like the rounds are sliding in and down to early and not sliding all the way to the back of the magazine untill the primer touches the magazine,,, try tilting the unit at more of a angle to assist the rounds to slide all the way to the back of the magazine..

I just opened and tried out my new loader. It's so easy to use, I am going to have my wife try it. My PT mags loaded just as easy as my s&w 25 rd mag. I can't say anymore than what the others have said. Great product Chris. Thanks

I just got the brass tube version of the slickloader, and had my brother time me at 58 seconds on the second try with a twenty-five rounder! This is truly a great product for the 15-22! Thanks, Chris!
