Yet another Dr Pepper man here. I like diet Dr Pepper with some lemon.

LBJ was a big Pepsi guy, as I recall. I think I read he would do a half dozen or more a day.

I voted for Coke because that's what I grew up with, but it's been years since I last had one. I think soft drinks either diet or regular are pretty bad for...well, for me, anyway. Maybe they give health and vigor to others.

I like Coke better, but its not that big a deal. No Coke? OK, Pepsi or RC is fine.

I would rather take a beating then try to gag down a Dr. Pepper.

I don't drink any soft drinks as they are like drinking poison and the diet versions are even worse than the regular drinks. I drink mostly water, some cranberry juice on a daily basis.

On a seasonal basis I drink coffee (black) in the winter, and sometimes tea (unsweetened) in the summer months.

I also drink a glass of milk most days, and I have 3 or 4 beers a week on average, more in the summer and less in the winter. Once in a blue moon I have a little brandy late at night but that is pretty rare these days.

I don't drink most juice drinks as they are worse health wise than colas, but would not be opposed to freshly squeezed orange juice, and as already mentioned cranberry juice.

Mostly I drink a lot of water. I think all these colas, juices, and other sweet drinks are one of the primary causes of overweight children and adults, and a big part of the reason we have so many diabetics and so many people with heart disease.

Coke over pepsi, but soda only rarely, and then Dr Pepper (Diet Dr Pepper is the only "diet" soda that tastes as good as regular), Jarritos Tamarindo, Dr. Brown's Cel-Ray or Blenheim Hot Ginger Ale.

Coke in a glass bottle only, and manufactured in France using the original formula. USA coke tastes like the proverbial poop.

Just how much original? With the "special" ingredient that gave a bit of an "energy boost"? ;):D:D

I'm a big Coke Zero fan now, over Diet Coke. Back when they hoisted that putrid "New Coke" crapola on us, I found an acceptable substitute with Shasta Cola.

Having said that about "New Coke", now watch me learn that is what I've been enjoying under the guise of Coke Zero...

I am more of a Diet Dr Pepper fan, however I did live in Atlanta at one time. I am surprised you haven't been run out of GA for preferring Pepsi products. Most of GA are true blue Coke fans.

Well, gee whiz, let's see. In my collection I have an amber glass Coca-Cola bottle circa 1908 with the paper label still on it. I have a 1915 Gilbert key wind up, pendulum wall clock with Drink Coca-Cola on the face of it. I have a 1957 deck of Coca-Cola playing cards still wrapped with an unbroken luxury tax seal. I have a 1915 (first year) shaped green glass Coca-Cola bottle. And I have a 1934 original Johnny Weissmuller/Maureen O'Sullivan tray (be careful buying these as a lot are faked). So naturally I prefer Pepsi...NOT. Actually I'm not sure but I think Georgia state law may something about drinking Pepsi within 150 miles of Atlanta being considered a felony. :D

Have you ever tried Jarritos Mango soda? Kind of sweet, but if you like mango's, you'll love it.

Don't they call Coca Cola "Cocola" in Georgia? Seems like I heard that somewhere...

I prefer diet A&W root beer

I was a Pepsi only drinker for many years; now I will have a diet Pepsi or diet Coke, which ever is on sale.

... Dr. Brown's Cel-Ray ...

Okay, I will break down and have one of these when I'm eating in a deli (which is practically never). But if you've never had one, you won't believe how good celery flavored soda is. Before cola came along, it was the most popular soda flavor in the U.S.A.

Definitely Coke but Pepsi is pretty good too. For living in the birth place of Dr. Pepper I have never cared for it but it is much too sweet for my tastes.

A man who had been drinking Coke for many years one day drank some Pepsi. He wasn't used to the taste and thought it tasted funny, so he sent a sample to a chemist for analysis. After a few days the chemist called him. "I have finished analyzing the sample you gave me, and I have bad news for you. Your horse has diabetes."

Coke. I own a number of shares of KO. Gotta drink what ya own.

I do drink Vernor's Ginger Ale and Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Both Dr. Pepper/Snapple products. My grandson owns shares of DPS.

I grew up drinking Pepsi, But 33 years ago I hired on at Coke and got used to drinking it. Now after all those years I just prefer it. I still like to do the DEW every now and then.
