As it should....it's not the real thing. ;) When was the last time you heard someone order a "Rum & Pepsi"?

You might be right I have ordered this drink only to be told we don't have Pepsi only Coke.

I make my own mixed drinks at home on a rare occasion. And when I do its Pepsi mixed with Jim Beam Sometimes I use Cherry Pepsi or Gingerale. But mostly its Woodford Reserve, or Knob Creek over ice with a splash of water. Im not picky.

Have you tried Mexican Coke? Yuup, Costo carries it, made south of the border with, REAL SUGAR. Supposed to be closer to the old time Coke flavor but maybe I am so used to the corn sweetener that I wasn't that impressed. The also sell a Kosher version during Jewish holidays. Guess sugar cane is plentiful and cheap in Mexico.

I didn't read all the answers but to me Pepsi is just to sweet. Actually my favorite cola of all was RC (Royal Crown) cola if anyone remembers that. It was the best!

RC Rules! Had good commercials too.

What's a "moon pie"?

Oh wait....maybe I don't want to know......

I remember RC as sweeter than either Coke or Pepsi.
Pepsi has 20 mg sodium Coke 30 mg
Pepsi has 28 gr carbs/sugar Coke 27
both have 100 calories per 8 oz serving.

I drank coke since I was 15 years old, only coke then diet coke. I never drank water. Now I just had prostate cancer at 62yo it makes me wonder? I drink only water now.

When I was a mechanic I would wash acid off the batteries and clean radiators with coke.

I don't think anyone is claiming the stuff is good for you. They say the only folks that won't get prostate cancer are those who do not live long enough. I hope that yours is manageable.

Pepsi

Pepsi, then Dr Pepper cherry Coke if neither of first two is available more of a taste issue rather than relative sweetness.
I drink less pop than I used to but still probably too much, trying to switch to cranberry juice or water. Quit beer 20 some years ago.
