As it should....it's not the real thing. ;) When was the last time you heard someone order a "Rum & Pepsi"?

As long as I never see another rum and Dr Pepper again. The guys in the barracks thought is was funny, it wasn't.

In an effort to curb my ever-expanding waistline, I gave up sugared sodas except for special occasions. You know, like it used to be when we were kids?

Anyway, I drink iced tea with 1 or 2 sugars in a 20 oz glass. Feeling guilty about that second sugar I did some quick research.

Sodas now come in 20 oz bottles that contain 28 grams of sugar.

28 grams of sugar is 17, that's seventeen, packets of sugar.

I picked Coke in the poll because I prefer the taste over Pepsi between the two, but I almost never drink sodas of any kind. I don't need the sugar or the calories, I can't stand the taste of 'diet' drinks, and the artificial sweeteners aren't good for you if you drink a lot of it.

I drink black coffee in the mornings and plain ol' water the rest of the time.

Wiki answers says 4.2 grams of sugar per packet or 6 3/4 packets for 28 grams sugar, which is still a lot.

I like regular pepsi, cherry coke, and mountain dew. But my favorite is code red mountain dew.

Coke of course but not many. Love the fizz and taste of lemon/lime seltzer. Good for you and you still get a good old....burp...from a cold one.

Diet Coke and Soda Steam seltzer water. For another thread I have found a way to make Soda Stream seltzer water very inexpensive. Or just PM me f you use it.
When I was young until I was about 35 I was a die hard Pepsi fan. Then my taste buds changed and I hate diet pepsi and Coke has been soda of choice for past 27 years.

Beat me to it.

That goes for Southern Ohio (Ahia), too. Nothing better on a summer day.

Some days I feel like a walking stereotype!

I'm from Northern panhandle of WV - not too far from Steubenville. I have relatives in Chillicothe.

No contest. Pepsi cola tastes flat and weak to me. I'm not sure what "coco cola" is but it has to be better than Pepsi, so I picked that. :p LOL!!!! Really, COKE FTW.

The only time I drink Coke... is with Crown... ;)

Coca Cola for me please,,,,nothing but! My next liked pop would be an RC
I like Coke so much for many years Ihad my own vintage Coke Machine on my deck!
