I like the concept, but would prefer something more long the lines of the GAP baseplate for Glock 26/27 mags where the extension is more straight out the front.

Best it be a singular polymer grip plate to plug the Shield 9mm/40cal grip hole and works with both the 6/7/8cals/mms magazines.

Paul pls don't hate me, but I modified your extension again. I trimmed off about an 1/8" off the tip, as I didn't like the "hook" feel and still retained enough to use as it was intended for. I feel my fingers are more in line, especially the "pinky" and the over all grip seems better. I've done it before on other extensions and I much prefer the look and feel. To me it looks more like subdued factory look and follows the lines of the gun.

Attached are two pictures, the first is before the modification, and the second is the modified tip reduction.

Don't worry Paul, I will be ordering more. What's the use if you buy something and can't modify it for your liking?

I just got mine it took at most 30 seconds to install. I did watch the video. The wife an I really like the feel Fri. we go to the range to try it out. I think we will be pleasantly surprised. Thanks Paul

I received the Extended Floor Plate and installed it today. I am happy with it, but until I shoot with it, I will not really know how well I like it.

It is a well executed piece. Flawless.

I did have a little trouble installing it until I figured out the trick. I shot the inside plate across the room a couple of times!
