What's your favorite aftershave....I mean other than Hoppes #9?

I turn the hot babes on today at 63yo using brute. The babes love it. Some come back for a second sniff and another kiss. When
Your on old man having a hot 30/40's young babe zooming in on the brute it matters. I love the hugs.

Eat your heart out Broadway Joe.

I'm experimenting with a new scent but my lips are sealed till the test is over.

Aramis during the cooler months (all One of them), and Givenchy the rest of the time.

Ah, yes, Aramis. My first real girfriend, 33 years ago, gave me a bottle of that. Still have it. She was a Senior, I was a Sophomore. Always loved older Women. That smell brings back lotsa memories that Missus P&R Fan would not approve of.;)

I also like Old Spice, Avon Musk and Avon Black Suede.

But good old Aqua Velva is my everyday scent. It just smells clean and cool.

Whatever my wife happens to like at the moment.... She buys it as a gift until she announces she has had enough of it, and the next gift appears. Seems to me a very easy way to keep her happy.

YOWCH! That's gotta hurt. ;)

I use Lectric Shave for a pre shave. Mostly alcohol but got some sort of oils that get left behind & sooth a little bit. They say it lubes the blades, too.

For after shave when I use a blade razor I'm in the old school Old Spice camp although I sometimes work in a dollop of English Leather or Stetson from some decades old Christmas presents. They stuff never goes bad. :D

Actually it's kind of like spicy hot food, after a while you get used to it and it's not bad at all.

I still like and use old spice even though I had a girl friend that said it made me smell like a old man.

I use to use Old Spice;I thought it was OK & a lady I was wild about loved it, so a no brainer. There's been a few over the years, such as Obsession & Paco Rabane. Nowadays its a Spanish cologne called Agua De Lavanda. It has a subtle lavender scent & is not cloying or annoying.

"Old Spice means quality said the Captain to the Bos'n. Look for the package with a ship that sails the ocean." Old jingle.

Years ago, I worked for a while at the Old Spice factory (Shulton) in Clifton, NJ. You could smell the place for over a mile downwind if the conditions were right. It wasn't a bad smell, but it could be overpowering.

When I do use a scent, I use 4711 Cologne. It's the oldest cologne and still being made,

Russ

My dad used old spice.

One of my lady friends says she loves brute but it mixes with my natural juices and that turns her on. Too bad she's just a friend. She my wife's girl friend and I'll never cross the line. It's the devil tempting me. I love my s&w, I love my s&w. My wife is the love of my life. I'm in love with my wife but I love her girlfriend as my friend too.

AFTERSHAVES/COLOGNES

MY younger bro was a buyer for A&S so I got to try a lot of the good/expensive stuff, free. what I liked was vetivere by guerlane (French). What I got the most compliments on was old spice original. My wife has virtually no sense of smell It's kind of a blessing & a curse. She can't smell my aftershave & I don't have to buy her perfume. Bad news is giving a Dutch oven to yourself is no fun.

Well, if the shoe fits....

I don't mind smelling like an old man... I AM an old man. Let the young bucks wear the young buck odors. I'm not trying to attract ANYTHING I don't already have.

Nivea soothing aftershave lotion. A light smell that my wife likes. It cools my face after a shave. It really helps to keep my face from drying out in cold weather. I also wear Gray Flannel, Lagerfeld.

At 76 I ain't into pheromones. :D

I think the worst men's cologne I ever smelled was Jade East. Real gnat bait.

I don't care if you wear Old Spice, Brut, British Sterling, Evening In Paris or DEET--if it enters the room five minutes before you do, you've put on WAY too much. And you've probably shorted out your sense of smell.
