What's your favorite aftershave....I mean other than Hoppes #9?

I wear Old Spice. When I met my German girlfriend, that became my wife, she was mortified that I used that old after shave. She bought me other stuff and I would use it. BUT, when I wear Old Spice she always says, WOW, you smell good, what are you wearing? I say, Old Spice, and she says, damn!!

I use Captain Morgan Private Stock which is applied internally.

Seriously, I am still rationing out my supply of Woods.

I have about two dozen bottles of aftershave, some decades old. But the one I use every day is the one I always remember my Dad wearing...Aqua Velva. (It smells like a Man).

Anybody else have an old favorite with a special connection like that?

Other than the above mentioned Hoppes #9, of course.

no connection, my dad and his dad used old spice and it just wan't right for me. My favorite (until the last of it is gone) was berts bees bay rum lotion. they quit making it years ago but I still have a little left for very special occasions.

Dial soap, cold water and Degree Sport stick for the pits.

My face is easily irritated by shaving and witch hazel soothes very well. I then add my cologne. The only actual aftershave in my cabinet is Adidas Sport, which smells crisp and clean, but wears off too fast.

Witch Hazel is a very inexpensive astringent that tightens pores and soothes skin. One bottle can last up to a year.

There is a German cologne that I use once in awhile that smells really good, but I can't think of its name off-hand. Maybe its called: Boss Clemente?????

When my buck goats are in rut, I just rub their beards and then my face. Makes the girls nuts. (You have to know what bucks do to their beards to get the joke I guess).

Seriously, Pinaud, Aqua Velva and lately I am really liking the post shave balm from Harry's.

Two of my daughters use Old Spice body washes and deodorants.
I don't like it on men, I buy Mr Wrench a good fragrance that like and doesn't trigger my allergies. That's usually a Calvin Klein something.
