Hey guys I'm pretty new to the board, spending most of time on the AR page. However, I picked up MY new Shield 40 today from the LGS. I have a few questions for you guys:

1. What IWB holster do you guys recommend? I know everybody has their own preference. Just looking for a few recommendations.

2. Does S&W make any type of case specifically for the Shield?

Can't wait for the snow to melt off so I can get out and put rounds through it.

I use N82 (Nate squared) Tactical holster. This is my 9c. I do not have a pic of my shield in the holster yet. I have the professional series. Very comfortable and you can tuck your shirt in your pants if you want.

May sound like a dumb question, but how are you guys able to tuck your shirt and keep your holster stable and clipped on.

With small guns, prefer to carry around 1 O'clock and I really like the Desantis Soft tuck.

I use the Galco stow n go (STO652) but I just ordered the Galco tuck n go (TUC632). Works for me.

My favorite so far is from Lobo Gun Leather. Ray is a member here and will custom make you a holster FAST and reasonably priced.

Couple it with a 5.11 Operator belt and I think it's the ultimate set-up. ;)

Go to Crossbreed holsters website or better yet go to YouTube and type in Crossbreed holster. You'll see how the shirt can be tucked in around the gun.
